Refund Policy


We hope that you love your Mindful Threads Company needlepoint kit, we do everything ourselves with the greatest care and attention.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us using this link here.

To accept your return all items must be complete, unopened and the box intact within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will refund or replace your needlepoint kit once we have received your returned item(s).

If something is broken or missing please contact us here.

 

Returns and Refund Conditions

Within 30 days of recieving your needlepoint kit, return the kit to us and we will replace or refund the amount you paid for the item.

We do not pay for postage to return the item (unless the item is faulty), it must be returned by Royal Mail Signed For Service, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or items lost in transit.

The address for our returns is Mindful Threads Company, 40 Habgood Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 1HE.

In order for us to accept your return, the needlepoint kit must be unused and complete. Please make sure that it is packed and includes a despatch note in your return so we know it is your return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our address in the UK.

Refunds should take no longer than 7-10 days following receipt of the item. Refunds will be paid to the orginal payment method only.

Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items, if this has been caused by your handling, including any loss or damage during transit.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
