Do you sell ready made cushions?

No, I’m afraid not. This is a craft business so we only sell needlepoint kits for you to complete.

Do I need a frame?

Yes, we recommend using a frame with our kits. It helps keep the canvas in shape, and makes it easier to sew. We use Elbesee Easy Clip Frame (21” x 12”) available from several online retailers.

Do you need experience to complete one of your kits?

No, these kits suit complete beginners as well as those more experienced. Each kit comes with easy-to-follow instructions. Just email us at hello@mindfulthreadscompany.com if you have any questions, or follow this link.

Do I have to make my completed kit into a cushion?

No, not at all. Some of our customers choose to frame it instead.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do. Be aware though, that you may need to pay an additional import tax or charge depending on your country’s Custom’s rules and regulations. Please contact us at cs@mindfulthreadscompany.com for more information in shipping to your country.

What if I run out of threads or my pet hides them ?

All kits are supplied with enough thread to complete the design. If however, you do run out contact us at cs@mindfulthreadscompany.com or click here and we will happily send you more.

Can you let me know where the kit instructions are ?

There is a printed copy in your purchased kit box, but if you need another copy please click here
